When Do I Need to RSVP By?Please RSVP by May 1st. - RSVP for each person in your party, and for each day you are attending

TransportWedding day On the wedding day we will be providing a shuttle service to and from your hotels & air bnbs. The shuttle service will run from 11-pm- 3:00am on the hour every hour from the wedding venue back to your hotels & air bnbs. The Recovery Party We will be providing a pick up service from designated pick up points to the wedding venue for the recovery party. Once we have received the location of everyones hotels/ we will share the pick up points and times. If you would like to use the shuttle service please email the following details to chelseaandyann@gmail.co.uk - Full Name - Party Size - Hotel or Airbnb Address - Contact number Please share these details by May 15th There will be no parking available on the day of the wedding as this is held for vendors but there will be on the Recovery Party. If you would like to drive to the venue on the wedding day please let Chelsea or Yann know so we can let you know where there is parking nearby.

Dress CodeWedding Day Garden party attire, elegant yet comfortable for an outdoor celebration! Men: Semi-Formal/Daytime suits (ties optional)- Please no trainers. Women: Floaty dresses, lightweight fabric, would recommend a jacket and change of shoes for the evening. We will be providing fans, hats, and plenty of water on the day of the wedding as it's going to be warm, we hope! Recovery party Linen and swimwear- Please wear clothing that you are comfortable in the sun in. If you wish to use the pool please bring towels and swimsuits with you.

Food & BeverageThe day before - Section of fresh meats and french cheese Wedding day - live cooking stations and canapés during the cocktail hour - 3-course dinner of French cuisine (children's meals available) - Late night snack - Wine, cocktails, spirits/ mixers and non alcoholic options available throughout the event Recovery Party - Continental french breakfast ( bread, cheese, Croissants) - Live cooking (eggs your way) - Fresh juices - Coffee/ Tea/ Rose / Beer

AccommodationWe would recommend either Avignon or L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue to stay as both beautiful areas and fairly close to the venue. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue 15 minutes drive and is a beautiful village, with wine bars, restaurants. Yann and I have spent the most time here and love its charm. Alternatively if your looking for a bigger town Avignon is much larger with everything you can expect from a french town and is 45 minutes from the venue.

ChildrenFor children under 9, we will be providing a on site nanny who will be there to entertain and look after any children in the main house, depending on age this will range from games and movies. For anyone thats breastfeeding we will be providing a dedicated mothers room for nursing and nappy changes. If you would like to bring a child under 9 please don’t RSVP for them but let us know via email chelseaandyann@gmail.com
